Word it exists to help you say something difficult well. To do that, we send what you type to an AI model, get a response back, and show it to you. That's the loop.
What we don't do
- We don't store the messages you write or the versions we generate.
- We don't sell, share or sniff your text for advertising.
- We don't require an account.
- We don't train models on your input.
What we do
- We count how many messages get generated, in total, so we know if the app is useful.
- If you give us your email on the homepage, we keep it so we can tell you when accounts launch. That's it.
- We use a soft per-browser usage cap to keep the lights on while it's free.
A gentle ask
Share only what helps us understand the situation. You don't need to include names, numbers, addresses, or anything you wouldn't say out loud in a café.
